Legacy Theatre to present the longest running musical in history! "The Fantasticks" opens November

The Legacy Theatre production of, "The Fantasticks" is now in rehearsal. The cast includes:

Jeff Burgess, Victor Aponte, Gretchen Breslawski, Bob Miller, Don Pepe, Mike Regan, Tom Smithyman and Kristen Scannell. As always, Matt Derby is the Musical Director. While it is way to early in the process to say where we are the cast shows a lot of promise. I always liked this show. It lends itself to interpretation and creatively it was cutting edge back in 1960 when it opened. It's a unique look at love and the cast seems interested in exploring the creative side of the story. Will be an interesting 8 weeks. Show goes up November 15 at the Legacy Theatre in the North Hills.
